Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt.  The costs of return is on your own expense, but if you wish to use our shipping agreement for returns, we will deduct 5 € in return shipping fee upon repayment. Contact us at ecommerce@tenson.com for a prepaid return label. Online orders can not be returned to stores.

1. Pack the item(s) you want to return, ideally in the original packaging. 
2. Fill in the return form and add it to the package. We cannot accept returns without this form. 
3. Please send the package back to our distribution address:

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. Due to hygiene reasons we do not reimburse underwear such as swimsuits.

We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with. Returning costs are on your expense. If you have used our shipping agreement for returns, we will deduct 5€ in return shipping fee upon repayment.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to exchange your return. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the returned articles within 14 working days. If the article you are looking for is still available, you can make a new order in our webstore.

As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that it takes a while to process your return. A refund will follow within 14 working days.
