Tenson is looking for its new International Sales Support Manager to drive the Support for the International Sales team and Customer Service for Tenson. We are looking for a driven person with high energy level, pragmatic and hands on.  We offer the opportunity to build and manage the success of Tenson’s footprint in the global market.

You are responsible for structure and will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.  You are responsible for all commercial back-office activities relating our international wholesale customers.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. 


-Commercial contract management

-Order fulfillment for wholesale customers

-Technical support for international wholesale customers

-Develop and monitor performance indicators, provide data and guides to help the sales team

-Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

-Suggest sales process improvements

-Onboarding new customers

-International sales support

-Customer service management

-Sales support Gung


-Proven track record in Sales and Customer service

-Understanding of ICT systems (preferable GARP knowledge)

-Excellent communication skills, team work and motivation skills

-Swedish, English, and an additional European language

-Service oriented

-Self-starter / Pro-active

-High energy levels
