I love exploring in all meanings of the word. When I was young, I spent more than a year backpacking around the world. This experience had a profound impact on my understanding of the world. The power of perspective change and the importance of cultural knowledge was among the many insights I still bring with me and pursue to grow in all aspects of my life. As an experienced mountain guide, I have had the privilege of adventuring to many remote places and mountains, immersing myself in the knowledge and experience of local experts. The opportunity to spend time among people with purpose has led to some of the most inspiring moments in my life and is a recommended pursuit for life if nothing else.  As an entrepreneur, my mission is to create places and technology that supports an active and conscious lifestyle. In the last few years my outdoor experiences have included my family and our favorite equipment is the Lavvo (tipi tent) which fits the whole family and our dog. We are just about to make a big move to a farm getting even closer to nature and learning more about organic farming and wild foresting, looking forward to sharing this journey with you.

All food tastes great after a day of being outdoor, but a self-caught fish is high on the list.

Wild berries and mushrooms, and I am sucker for chili chips.

Life’s Philosophy: Reason and Feeling in a Deeper World by Arne Næss.

Favorite cinematic/"adventure"/outdoor film:
Captain America, I love how it portrays a family making a conscious choice to live differently and the hardship that comes from living a life of self-defined purpose when challenging the status quo.
